Our international offices and associates assist us in the recruitment of professional candidates to form our pool of foreign sources. A potential candidate has to go through at least 4 rounds of short listing before they are selected to be recommended to our Client.
The selection process for the recruitment of professionals to work within their countries or overseas is as follows,

1.Our Consultants in Singapore will gather Client's current requirements and forecast future requirements. Details of requirements are complied and then sent to our offices and associates to activate resume collection.


2.Our offices and associates at the home countries select candidates with recognized certificates and a minimum of 2 years working experience in the relevant field.


3.The resumes are sent to Singapore for another round of professional screening by our Consultants. Only candidates with the relevant skill sets required as per the requirements given will be selected for an in-depth interview in their home
country.


4.Candidates are put through a written test for both their technical and communication (English) skills. A confidential personality profile test will also be carried out.


5.Only candidates who pass through the above tests are granted a face-to-face interview with our Consultants. An in-depth technical interview will be carried out by our trained Consultants to assess the candidate's relevant skills, qualifications, communication skills, working attitude, turnout, personal hygiene etc. An official verification of the candidates' certificates will also be carried out.


6.Only the candidates who have passed through the above testes, interviews, assessments and verifications will be included in our professional pool. All other candidates will be rejected and excluded from our list.
